Recently, StarStruck Performing Arts bought a building in Lenexa. During the inspection process, roof damage was suspected. Epic Exteriors, LLC was called to perform a detailed storm damage inspection, Epic’s Haag-certified inspector found damage to both shingles and gutters.

The seller’s commercial insurance carrier paid to replace the entire roofing and gutter system. All for the only cost of the deductible. The sellers hired Epic Exteriors to make the repairs. In under a week, all of the repairs were completed including the decking due to delamination.
